Impact/Collision/Drop Analysis

  • With collisions/drops, a large impact force acts in a relatively short amount of time.
    This makes it very difficult to measure such a phenomenon in detail through experimentation. Simulation makes it possible to confirm various physical quantities such as stress, strain, and impact force, and to confirm the process of deformation when an impact occurs.
    With the development of HPC and cloud computing, the fields in which CAE can be applied are expanding. We propose and cooperate with the setting of analysis conditions and the evaluation of results, even for customers who are not familiar with such methods.

Collision Analysis

  • We analyze cases where a flying object collides with reinforced concrete, and cases where an automobile collides with a rigid wall.
    This makes it possible to check the deformation and stress of the phenomenon that accompanies a collision.

Drop Impact Analysis

  • We analyze the damage to a frame structure when a steel frame is dropped.
    By defining the strain required for breakage, it is possible to simulate the presence or absence of damage.

Impact Analysis with Consideration for Damage

  • This analysis takes into account the destruction when a truck collides with a reinforced concrete wall, and the destruction when a flying object collides with a thin plate.
    This allows us to confirm the state of destruction due to collision.
