Utilizing our many years of experience and achievements in software development technology and analysis technology, we provide services such as in-house software development for design and R&D departments in a variety of industries.

System Support for Analysis Business

We extract the current issues and problems that the customer is facing, and then create tools to support the customer's business (such as the automation of data input), reduce time, reduce mistakes, and improve the quality of results.

  • We provide the following systems that use AI technology.

    Perform efficient data searches that include words and phrases that have similar meanings to the search keyword, to reduce the time required for searches

Development of Control Programs

With the rapid progress of AI and automation in the automobile industry, factories, and the logistics industry in recent years, it is important to develop position locating systems and control programs.
Combined control with omnidirectional laser sensors and visible-light sensors is the key for unmanned mobile vehicles and industrial human collaborative work systems. We propose a system that can satisfy the needs of our customers, from the production of concept model prototypes to the construction of operating environments.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System

  • In order to save labor in monitoring and controlling remote plants, we provide a supervisory control and data acquisition system that uses Internet connections.
    We connect the data (various sensors) and control devices (solenoid valves, motors, etc.) to a data logger that is connected to the Internet.
    Using VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology, data can be collected, controlled, and output from a remote personal computer, and the data logger's email notification function can be used to send urgent reports of equipment abnormalities to smartphones, etc.

    We have built a system that connects two small power plants (two locations) via the Internet to collect, control, and output data for each location from a remote monitoring/control computer.

Sensor-Related Measuring Devices

We develop measuring devices that connect a personal computer with various sensors such as displacement sensors and thermometers. We also develop software to analyze the data that is collected.

[Record of achievements]
We manufactured a shape measuring device for mounting on a moving body, using a laser displacement meter + gyro + GPS. We developed post-processing software that collects data at high speed, and then links to various sensors to perform analysis.

Automated Control System for Test / Research Equipment

We build flexible automated control systems by combining devices (which were previously controlled by dedicated control devices) with general-purpose personal computers, extended I/F, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), data loggers, etc., and creating program control logic.

We developed an automated control system that controls hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, and evaluates the pressure resistance performance of heavy machinery parts.

Automated Control System (Labor Saving)

  • We connect the control circuits, sensors, etc. of equipment that previously had complicated control patterns and required manual operation, to a personal computer, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and data logger in order to build automated control systems.

Production / Quality Control Systems

We build systems that check current production status (visualization of the operating status of each device) and quality trends (judgment and graphing based on the upper/lower limit of management).

We have built quality control systems that store measurement data in a database on a network, and that have a real-time graph and Excel daily report output function.

Image Processing System

We manufacture equipment that controls camera imaging according to purpose, and then build defect detection (foreign matter detection, defective product detection) and measurement (distance measurement, displacement measurement) systems using image processing technology and AI.
As a result, the system can be used for various purposes, such as monitoring, quality improvements, and experiments.
