Environmental Assessment
Businesses that might have an effect on the environment are required to conduct environmental (impact) assessments based on the Environmental Impact Assessment Act and local environmental impact assessment regulations, and the living environment impact surveys based on the Waste Treatment and Public Cleansing Act, depending on the content and scale of their business.
Environmental assessments are surveys, forecasts, and evaluations of the impact of a project on the environment, based on the characteristics of the project and the characteristics of the region. The results are announced, and opinions are elicited from residents and local governments, in order to create a better business plan from the viewpoint of environmental conservation. We support the realization of projects by preparing environmental impact assessment reports from related survey plans and surveys of current conditions, and by examining and supporting all related procedures.
