Examples of Delivered Products

  • Aluminum wheel inspection device

    The teaching of inspection points is conducted to the device to move on the wheel according to the type of aluminum wheel being inspected, while inspecting for internal defects.
    After the wheel is loaded on the device, efficient inspection is enabled through automated teaching.

  • Boiler panel weld inspection device

    This system uses a C-arm type multi-axis drive device to inspect the butt welded part of boiler panels.
    The X-ray generator / drive unit uses a manual inching function to quickly move the welded part being inspected.
    The area around the device is a controlled area, and inspection can be performed by fully automated, unmanned operation.

  • Forklift-mounted X-ray inspection system

    This system is used for large items to be inspected.
    It is equipped with a manipulator that can remotely load and irradiate the target using the X-ray generator at the tip of the forklift.

  • In-line dimension measuring device

    This device uses a high-speed conveyor to transport, measure the dimension using non-contact methods, evaluate (pass/fail), and sort sawn timber.
    All measurement data is recorded and fed back to the upstream machining equipment to improve yield and quality.

  • Piston X-ray inspection device

    This device uses X-rays to inspect defects in engine parts (pistons) and the positions of dissimilar metals embedded inside.
    Its functions include automatic transfer to set parts at the inspection position, and X-ray image processing.
